Irene is board certified as a licensed Integrative Nutrition Health Counselor (INHC) by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Irene’s mission is to support you in (re)discovering your unique bio-individuality and make food and lifestyle choices that will fully nourish you – your mind, body and spirit.
Irene received her training as a Health Counselor from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Training Program.
During her training, Irene studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Irene’s teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
Irene’s education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and her knowledge of different dietary theories, Irene works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
Irene is a Transformational Coaching Method (NLP) Mastery Coach and belongs to the top 1% of coaches who apply the little known strategies to creating real, lasting transformation in her clients health and well-being.
In addition Irene has an invaluable experience in studying internationally where she learned the nature of different cultural upbringings and mentalities. Irene went to a Medical School in St. Petersburg (Russia), studied at London University (England), and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Brandeis University in Massachusetts (US).
